Lisa, a member of the TPAA Victorian branch, was facing termination due to numerous accidents that occurred while driving her bus. 

Understandably concerned about the potential consequences of termination, Lisa reached out to TPAA for guidance and support.

Lisa’s assigned case manager advocated for Lisa responding to the allegations and concerns raised by her employer. 

As a result of TPAA’s support and advocacy, Lisa’s termination was reconsidered and ultimately changed to a resignation. 

This outcome allowed Lisa to obtain a statement of service from her workplace. Lisa can now confidently pursue new employment opportunities without the burden of termination on her record.
